This course will increase participants’ ability to understand and recognize the different levers of change, develop effective influencing strategies across multi-stakeholder groups and activate the appropriate networks when initiating change. This workshop addresses five core behavioural competencies: flexibility, influencing others, managing differences, driving for innovative results and collaboration. Participants will have the opportunity to apply their learning to their current challenges.

Through interactive lectures, hands-on simulations and engaging group exercises, you will learn relevant change frameworks, tools and facilitation techniques to effectively lead change and foster innovation.

Prof. Natalie Wilkins

Natalie is a consultant, executive and team coach, facilitator, trainer, speaker and professor. She specializes in diversity & inclusion, change management, and designs and facilitates experiential leadership and team development. She has over 20 years of Human Resource leadership experience within complex international organizations, both in the public and private sector. In 2015 she co-founded Thriving Talent and as Managing Partner she helps forward thinking businesses and organizations that value inclusion and diversity, to stand out as an employer of choice while improving their talent pipeline and culture. Natalie is passionate about helping her clients focus on the work that drives action, generates results, and makes a positive and sustainable impact in the world and workplace.

Prof. Nadene Canning

Nadene worked in over 40 countries managing small companies and large projects before creating her boutique consultancy, ALLSystemsGO!, in 2009. Her areas of expertise include leadership, strategy, innovation and the future of work, dividing her time between organizational learning, team development, facilitation and coaching. Nadene is also a practitioner educator teaching Leadership & Management, Negotiation Techniques, and Leading Change in Advanced Sustainability at three Swiss Universities. Nadene holds a masters’ degree from the EPFL in Management of Innovation, an undergraduate degree in Economics from Concordia University. Her first book La force de l’équilibre Vie familiale, vie professionnelle, published in 2012. A continuous learner, Nadene is a certified change process facilitator, a Being at Full Potential coach and will become a Dare to Lead facilitator with Brené Brown in 2019.
