This course gives participants an in-depth view into quality assurance, sustainability performance measurement sustainability certification. Measuring performance is complicated by the fact that corporations have a complex structure, with different business streams, functions and projects.

Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how sustainability is currently assessed in leading companies of various sizes and of different sustainability maturity levels. Participants will apply measuring and evaluation methods to review their own project performance in order to understand the stringent demands of sustainable business.

Dr. Barbara Dubach

Barbara has been passionate about sustainability for more than 25 years and has gained longstanding, international experience in industry, public and non-profit sectors. She is the founder and CEO of engageability – a center of excellence creating value for all stakeholders and the common good. Besides, she is Head of Knowledge and Technology Transfer of the National Research Programme 'Sustainable Economy' (NRP 73).
